What is the refund/exchange policy?: We want you to be happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, it may be returned within 7 days of receipt of purchase if the shoe is unworn and in its original condition/packaging. When we receive it and reviewed the item we will provide you with a refund. Exchanges/Returns are to be returned at the customers own expense to Polygon Shoes PO Box 245 Botany NSW 1455.
What forms of payment do you accept?: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
How secure is this store?: This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?: No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
Does Polygon deliver wordwide?: Yes, Shipping costs will vary so please contact us first, usually its about $17.00.
When will my order be sent?: All orders received and paid for prior to 1pm will be dispatched on the same day, this excludes weekends and public holidays.
When will my order arrive?: All orders are sent using Express Post with tracking number and should arrive between 2-5 days within Australia.We are not accountable for any lost packages that we have a tracking number for, but we will do our out most best to try and track it for you. International orders can take between 5-14 days.
How much does delivery cost?: Delivery is a flat rate Express Post $9.90. Pick up is available so please email us for a Free Shipping Code if this is the case. Please make sure your address details are correct,as we are not accountable for any lost packages that we have a tracking number for, but we will do our out most best to try and track it for you.
Do you gift wrap?: All our shoes come wrapped in brown paper packaging tied up in string. Should you require further wrapping let us know in an email.
